⭑ These terms apply to all services provided by us. Kindly read them carefully before inquiring.
Service Terms
We do not charge rush fees. This means requests will be accepted at our discretion based on our availability and capacity.Free revisions are provided, but only up to 30 minutes after the agreed deadline time. Therefore, we strongly advise allowing some time allowance before the deadline to accommodate revisions smoothly.
Terms & Conditions
Strictly no refunds or cancellations. A 50% down payment of the total amount is required before we proceed with the task. The remaining balance should be paid 2 hours (max) after receiving the output.Failure to pay the remaining balance or any payment after sending the output will incur an additional charge of #50, in addition to the supposed balance. We encourage timely payments to avoid any extra fees.The client ought to maintain consistent communication and promptly respond to all clarifications. Any delay in communication may result in delay of output.The client must provide accurate and detailed information / instructions regarding the task's requirements. This is for us to avoid miscommunications and lessen revisions.
